Conduct purposeful rounding with patients on Medical and Oncology units to ensure a comfortable and satisfying stay for the patient leading to an increase in patient satisfaction scores.
Rounding includes asking questions regarding specific patient satisfaction indicators for the Medical and Oncology units.
This supportive service provides practical and personal information that the patient and/or family members need to know during the hospital stay. The program is designed to help patients express their concerns, needs, questions, complaints and suggestions.
