Be a part of an elite team! Douglas County Task Force is looking for a few good volunteers to become highly trained members of the Domestic Assault Response Team (D.A.R.T.). If you are chosen you will be trained to serve victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. You will answer calls from victims of domestic violence (from the comfort of your home) when the office is closed. The on-call volunteer also responds when the SART Team is called out for a sexual asssault. We are located in Douglasville, GA. You must be able to respond to the our center within one hour of getting a call. Volunteer must committ to sign up for 2 shifts per month and one year of service.

The Douglas County Task Force on Family Violence is committed to eradicating domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence in our community. The goals of the Task Force are to prevent, protect, and educate the community on domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence and to hold perpetrators accountable.
Description
We are a non-residentail Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center providing victim services. We have a 24/7 Hotline for victims and other services.
