Clubhouse Mentors are needed to support the learning & exploration of youth 7-19 years of age. Mentors help with a variety of projects: hands-on engineering and science activities, graphic design, web design, 3 D modeling and with traditional board games! Schedule Monday to Friday 3:00-7:00 PM (school year) Schedule Monday to Friday 2:00-6:00 PM (summer).

The Sorenson Unity Center mission is to engage our neighbors to create opportunities, build community pride, and enhance livability in Salt Lake City. The Computer Lab and The Clubhouse are centered on creative education and foster learning in a supportive environment to meet the 21st century skills and educational technology standards.
Description
The Clubhouse Network is an international community of 100 Clubhouses located in 19 countries, providing youth with life-changing opportunities for over 22 years. The Clubhouse Network is a program of the Museum of Science, Boston in collaboration with the MIT Media Lab.
Each Clubhouse provides a creative and safe out-of- school learning environment where young people from underserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop new skills and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.
