Description of Work: Provide administrative support for the office staff.
Duties: Administrative volunteers perform a variety office and support functions including:
Greeting visitors
Answering the phones, taking messages, transferring calls, making calls for the staff
Organizing and compiling mailings and materials
Copying and filing
Sending, receiving and distributing faxes
Opening and distributing mail
Shredding confidential documents
Other duties as assigned or that the volunteer sees need doing
Provide Clerical support in our office depending on skills. You will generally work in one area. We use office volunteers on a regular basis or when we have a special project. Occasionally you can work at home depending on tasks needed.
