The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a discount furniture and building materials store.

The ReStore takes in donated appliances, furniture and building materials and then resells them to the public. All of the proceeds raised go directly towards building Habitat for Humanity homes in Southeastern Connecticut.

In addition customers are able to buy merchandise for much less than they would pay in a typical retail setting and items are kept out of landfills everyday.

We are currently looking for volunteers who would be willing and able to volunteer at least one day a week on a consistent basis as a cashier. There will be hands on training provided for you as you get started.

Anyone 14 and older is welcome to volunteer at the ReStore. (Volunteers 14 and 15 must volunteer with an adult)

Additional opportunities are available.

Please contact volunteer@habitatect.org or 860-442-7890 ext 201 for more information or if you are interested.
