Project Linus provides handmade, washable blankets to seriously ill and traumatized children. We are constantly in need of donations of new yarn and fabric in order to keep creating blankets for the children in need. We also accept gift certificates to fabric and craft stores such as Joann's, Michael's, Hancock's and Catan's.

Description

Project Linus is an all volunteer national organization that provides handmade blankets to numerous facilities worldwide. Project Linus was founded in 1995 by Karen Loucks of Denver, Co. The Pittsburgh Chapter of Project Linus was born in September 1997. Project Linus has distributed over 4,000,000 blankets to children since its inception.
