We are seeking Retirees, who reside in the County, to become volunteers! Volunteers are needed to provide transportation to medical appointments and other essential destinations, to make friendly phone calls on regular bases to older persons, and arrange regularly scheduled home visits to neighbors aging in place - which aid in feeling lonely and isolated. In addition, you can help with social activities, grant respite for caregivers, help with office assistance, provide experienced paralegal service, join many other volunteers with seasonal tax assistance for seniors, and much more. CORP is committed to providing activities which showcase active aging and assist older adults with maintaining independent lifestyles in the community where they reside including access to a network of minor homecare and repair expert workers.
