- Volunteers are needed to answer a high volume of calls from donors regarding donations to the American Red Cross.
- Volunteers will be trained on how to answer questions from callers.
- Entering information in a computer and written on paper.
Skills
- Excellent phone manner: * Excellent phone manner * The ability to listen to callers and take excellent notes * Basic computer skills * Good customer service skills Available for the following shifts: * February 22-26 and March 1-5 * 9am to 1pm * 1pm to 5pm * All phonebanking volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Spanish speaking volunteers encouraged to apply. WHEN RESPONDING PLEASE INDICATE THE DAY AND SHIFT YOU WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER FOR. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
