Bounce Back has been formed to provide unique and positve after school mentoring orgranization for youth 8-18. Our mentorship program guide our youth to be highly self-motivated individuals, prestigious students, respected community devotees, and successful men and women of today and tomorrow.
Our mentorship outreach program exists to meet the needs of our youth in today's community. Everyday, a lot more of our youth need help. We're here to provide information, guidance, and friendship to all, so that they may in turn use it to aid younger people who are experiencing any kind of crisis. We are always thriving to look for volunteers in the surrounding community. We are in need of individuals who are self-motivated, determine, and who is ready to uplift today's youth.
Inspired by the joy we bring, we aim:
- To increase community awareness and aid the youth.
- To help educate young people.
- To feed the enthusiasm in our youth.
- To establish volunteer programs for those willing to work to make a difference in our community..

Mission Statement
The mission of Bounce Back Youth Leadership Foundation (Bounce Back) is to provide today's youth the opportunity to become influential young adults. Bounce Back is an empowering leadership nonprofit organization that focuses on uplifting the youth, as they make their transitions from childhood to adulthood.
This program focuses on the troubles that kids go through and how they are able to rise above any problems they may endure in life.
By counseling, mentoring, and using Christian principles, Bounce Back will strive to nurture the needs of our youth and while keeping them focus on goals they with to achieve. Furthermore, though Bounce Back, we will strive to teach them how to make wise decisions in their future endeavors.
Through various activities, Bounce Back will prepare the youth on what it means to stay healthy, do their best, and love their community.
Description
Bounce Back Youth Leadership Foundation of Mobile, Al is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that has been formed to provide a unique and positive mentoring organization for youth 5-18 years of age.
The organization is designed to educate children on what it means to be a leader and to build a lifelong respect within the community. We offer a wide-range of dynamic programs that establish character. Furthermore, we incorporate recreational programs, that focus on empowering the youth and teaching them the importance of staying healthy.
These activities are taught numerous times within the program. Bounce Back is staffed by volunteered mentors, teachers, coaches, and counselors, and all structured activities are led by the Bounce Back Staff.
