Hip photography/photo editing assistant for youth - willing to train!

Description
We are beginning an intergenerational Introduction to Digital Imaging Program for tween/teen youth and a few seniors at a beautiful affordable housing complex in the heart of downtown. The class teaches youth the basics of photography aesthetics, as well as how to use a camera and a photoshop-esque editing software called GIMP. The class will run for 10 weeks, from 4-6pm, on Tues/Thur starting Thurs April 1, 2010. It will conclude with a professional art exhibition showcasing the students' framed work.
We are looking for a volunteer with a big heart, and a love of art, youth/seniors and technology who can assist the students and the teacher in this Digital Imaging Program. While previous knowledge in photography and photo editing is desirable, we are happy to train the right person.
