The mission of Dress for Success Austin is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Through our Suits for Success, Career Center and Professional Women's Group programs, we serve as a professional development headquarters for underserved women. The Office Administrator would support two part-time staff members with daily operations, including greeting clients, coordinating client appointments with volunteer schedules, answering phone and e-mail, receiving donations and writing thank you letters, and maintaining client files.
Skills
- Organized: Ability to prioritize, multitask, coordinate schedules and maintain a clean and effective work environment
- Customer service: Cheerful and professional demeanor with clients and coworkers; strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office 2007: Experience with Outlook e-mail and calendar, Excel spreadsheets and Word
