The King County Library System needs dedicated volunteers to teach computer classes at the Vashon Island library!

Classes last 1-1/2 hours each and are taught to small groups (4-9 people depending on location).

A commitment to teach four classes (1-1/2 hours each) over a six month period is required. We provide training, teaching materials, and computers for the classes. Schedules of classes vary from library to library. Please contact the training coordinator for information about the schedule at the libraries in your area.

Classes include Basic Computer Skills, Internet web surfing and web searching skills, and Microsoft Office skills for MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Publisher.
