GoodDogz.org is looking for someone to sit on its Reston Pet Fiesta Committee as the Commercial Vendor Support Volunteer. This individual will:

• Contact vendors on a list of past commercial exhibitors and secure their participation, answer questions, ensure that materials are received and that contracts and payments are collected;
• Contact vendors on a list of past sponsors and secure their participation in the 2010 Reston Pet Fiesta, answer their questions, ensure that materials are received and that contacts and payments are collected;
• Contact vendors ona list of prioer dog walk sponsors and secure their participation in the 2010 Tails on Trails dog walk, answer their questions, ensure that materials are received and that contracts and payments are collected;
• Identify new potential commercial participants and ensure that follow-up is completed by other volunteers on the committee;
• Identify new commercial sponsors and ensure that follow-up is completed by other volunteers on the committee;
• Ensure that all contacts and payments are collected prior to the event; and
• Establish adn track commercial and sponsorship goals and report the status to the committee and board of directors.

• Individuals must be organized and able to monitor the progress of other volunteers working for them.
