Description
The primary role of a State Administrative Assistant (AA) is to assist the State Director with various administrative tasks involved within the state. Depending on the size of the state and activity involve may required more than one AA and determined by the State Director.
- Reports to the State Director and works closely with the state management team.
- Assist Sate Director in maintaining GASP specific tracking workbooks.
- Assists and manage additional administrative items as determined by the State Director.
- Maintains and provides a "Monthly Activity Report" to the State Director to include activities, hours involved on behalf of the organization, and other information as requested.
Skills
- Project Management: Office management/administrative experience a plus.
- Technology: Comfortable using and access to MS office (such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher), communicate via the internet, phone calls, and email.
- Personality: Professional, organized, reliable, able to work with a diverse group of people, and able to work as part of a team.
