FUNDRAISING:
Goals:
- Develop Fundraising Plan for 2010
- Raise $25,000+ for year 2010
- Plan and coordinate 2 fundraiser events
- Develop a promotional merchandise initiative to bring in steady revenue
- Develop an online section to IP site that serves as an incentive for sponsorship support (Community Blog?)
There are 2 levels of volunteer opportunity:
COMMITTEE CHAIR
Committee Chairs manage and guide committee members to implement the committee goals and responsibilities
Commitments:
- attend monthly strategic planning meeting (1st monday of each month) & individual committee meetings
- commit to a 6 month minimum time frame
- put in min. 15 hours a month
COMMITTEE MEMBER
Committee Members work with Committee chairs to help implement the committee goals and responsibilities, working as a team
Commitments:
- commit to a 3-6 month time frame
- put in min. 8 hours a month
