Our Dry Goods Department provides clothing, coats, school uniforms, household items, personal hygiene items and sometimes furniture to families in Pottstown. It is available for clients to shop through four days a week, Tuesday-Friday, during pantry operations.
We need volunteers to help
- receive donations,
- sort clothing and household goods into the correct department,
- hang clothes,
- organize the 'Closet'.
We can use volunteers from 8:30 am to 1pm on specific days--please schedule an interview to find out more and arrange a volunteer opportunity that fits your schedule.
Your interview must be pre-arranged with the Volunteer Coordinator. Unfortunately, we cannot accept drop-ins.

Description
PCRC provides food, clothing, household items, furniture, financial assistance, referrals, and support services to the Greater Pottstown area community. We promote individual and family self-sufficiency and tolerance of diversity. We coordinate our programs and referrals to help clients improve their overall stability.
