Center for Family Services is looking for your help in the following areas.
- Administrative Assistant to answer phones, greet visitors and set appointments. Morning and afternoon shifts available
- File Clerk with medical knowledge to organize and file medical records. Flexible hours
- Mentors/Tutors:Work with kids in the after school program. (Tutoring,building creativity, Crafts, and reading). Hours are 3pm to 5pm at the Palm Beach Lakes Location
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm. (Your time is flexible between these hours)

The Area Agency on Aging is a private, not-for-profit organization which administers public funds, private grants and donations for senior services in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.
Our Mission is to promote, support and advocate for the independence, dignity and wellbeing of seniors, adults with disabilities, and those who care for them in a manner that values diversity, reflects the communities we serve and embraces the collaboration of the aging network.
Description
Growing older has its rewards. One of the finest is Your Aging Resource Center.
Staffed by a corps of trusted, compassionate, professional specialists, the Elder Helpline helps seniors and their caregivers find answers and make informed decisions. Specialists are able to help in English, Spanish and Creole. Services are available to the entire community seeking answers on aging or looking for service providers.
Through Senior Volunteer Programs Your Aging Resource Center engages seniors in community service and civic engagement activities in a myriad of volunteer opportunities.
We are always recruiting volunteers to:
- mentor/tutor youth
- help seniors live a healthy lifestyle
- provide caregiver support
- serve as Foster Grandparents
- serve as SHINE counselors
- serve as Senior Advocates
- become Healthy Living Trainers
Volunteers
- strengthen communities
- improve the lives of others
- connect to others, and
- transform their own lives!
And most importantly: Volunteers live longer!
