The Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic is a non-profit organization that provides quality outpatient health care for the eligible working uninsured and develops and provides programs to address community health care needs through collaborative partnerships.
Window clerks are needed to provide additional assistance to the Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technicians while prescriptions are being filled. Day time clerks are needed between 9am-3pm Monday - Thursday. Evening clerks are needed on Tuesday's & Thursday's 6p-8p.
Meals are provided for volunteers on clinic nights from area restaurants, civic and church groups as well as patients and volunteers.

Women's Clinic- 1st & 3rd Tuesday Evening each month
Dental Hygiene Clinic- 4th Tuesday Evening each month
Nutritional Counseling- By Appointment Only
Vision Clinic- By Appointment Only (for diabetic & hypertensive patients only)
