Event Planning Team Member
Description
Help plan a fundraiser for children caught in the crossfire of divorce.
Family Assessment counseling & Education Services welcomes over 150 families each month into its offices in Fullerton, Santa Ana and Laguna Niguel. A large team of therapists are on hand to help families, and we need your help to plan a fun walk to raise funds to keep F.A.C.E.S. doors open. Families pay only a small portion of what it takes to run this agency and your fundraising will make a difference in children's lives.
Skills
- Outreach skills: You must be able to ask for finding venues, garnering support, donations of door prizes, sponsorships, and volunteer help to make the event successful. We want you to help us help kids in a big way! You can advertise on the net, make phone calls and send emails to get people to take part in the event. Past events include a family fun day, a BACK & Forth Child Day, a Monte Carlo Night, a Super Bowl Party, Thanksgiving Feast, Toy Drive, Food Drive, Cutathon, and a pie eating contest! Let us know what you have in mind and we will get going on it!!
