Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver noon meals to older adults and people with limited mobility in the Saint Paul area. Friendly visits from Meals on Wheels volunteers mean a great deal, and routes typically take an hour or less. You can volunteer solo, with a friend or family member, or with a work or community group for a one to 1.5 hour shift from 10:30am-12:00pm on a weekly or an on-call basis.

Responsibilities include utilizing your own vehicle to pick up meals from our location and dropping off at community members' homes. Routes may include downtown Saint Paul and/or non-downtown routes. Join us and support the well-being and independence of your neighbors!

Current openings:

  • Weekly volunteer drivers for a Tuesday or Friday downtown route from 10:30am-12:00pm
  • On-call volunteers to drive on a substitute basis as needed Monday to Friday between 10:30am-12:00pm
