As a Reading Coach/Literacy Tutor YOU can positively impact the life of an adult whose limited literacy is an obstacle in their everyday life. Literacy Tutors help empower adults to achieve their educational, employment and personal goals.
No Previous teaching experience required; training and materials provided. Flexible hours. Meet with an adult learner in the Library 2 hours per week.

The mission of Volunteer Services is to support the overall mission of the library through the development, promotion and management of an active and innovative volunteer program, which consists of the timely recruitment, orientation, training, supervision, evaluation and recognition of a sufficient number of high quality, demographically diverse and broadly skilled workers.
