Before I started helping, she rationed her food, literally counting Cheerios and putting them in plastic bags for each day to insure she wouldn't run out. Help promote positive aging and independent living by providing "door through door" transportation for low-income 60 population in Delaware County to medical appointments, the grocery store or other necessary errands. Or, offer to go grocery "list shopping" for a homebound senior neighbor.
