PROGRAM

This Administrative position reports directly to the Executive Director of the YMCA of Greater Seattle and requires a volunteer who is willing to make an extended commitment of 6 to 9 months and can volunteer 10-20 hours a week. You will be given your own office, close to the office of the Executive Director. Also looking for a volunteer with database maintenance and design experience with Microsoft Access and/or Excel.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

1. Develop a database to track key elements for training participation.
2. Keep databases up to date.
3. Responsible for the administration, collection and return of surveys.
4. Support YMCA events with logistical help such as room set-up, copying materials, food-planning, etc.
