Description
The trees may be hibernating, but the PA Chapter of the American chestnut foundation is not! During the winter months, we plan and attend chestnut outreach including the PA Farm Show January 9-16 in Harrisburg. Come help recruit new members or help the public to learn more about chestnut history and recovery efforts.
Working with people not your interest? Why not help create a display or activity for kids? or help identify new funding sources for our organization.
The chapter would also like to host its first fundraising event in State College in 2010. If you would like to be on that committee, call our office at 814-863-7192.
