We have at least one classroom assistant volunteer working with our teachers in each of our 4 classrooms. Volunteers have the opportunity to work with children in grades K-5th on social and educational skills. The areas you would be working on would be primarily math and reading. You would also have the opportunity to prepare and cook the meal with our students and chefs which includes table setting and food preparation. Being a positive role model for our kids is of utmost importance as you sit down and share in good food and conversation at dinner time. Choose one day Monday-Friday that would work best for you to volunteer from 3:30-7pm on a weekly basis. Dinner is included in volunteer shift.
