Description: Using guided interview format client screeners go through checklist to indicate which documents clients bring into the tax site, make them aware of services available at the tax site and inform them about Community Action Duluth programs. This is the first step in serving our clients by helping them identify how we can most effectively serve them. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 4:30-9pm or Saturday Mornings from 8:30-1pm Volunteer opportunity goes from January 18th through April 15th and volunteers are asked to make at least a one tax session per week commitment. go to www.communityactionduluth.org and click on the "Free Tax Site" button for more information.
