Help your neighbors earn their GED and achieve their dreams! Volunteer as a GED tutor or teacher with Minnesota Literacy Council.

Volunteers help learners develop skills and confidence in the four GED content areas of Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies, while also fostering critical thinking and technology skills. You'll gain teaching experience while making a difference in the life of an adult learner.

No previous tutoring experience necessary; training is provided. The time commitment is 1-3 hours once a week, with morning, afternoon and evening opportunities available at locations throughout the metro area. Contact us and we can match you with a program in your neighborhood.

Contact Wendy for details: wroberts@mnliteracy.org, or complete a volunteer interest form and we'll contact you with next steps: http://mnliteracy.org/volunteers/volunteer-interest-form
