American Lung Association of D.C. needs Volunteers for their upcoming event, Leap Out D.C.
When: Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 8:00AM-1:00PM
Where: YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, Dupont Circle (also near Farragut North metro station)
1711 Rhode Island Ave, NW
What: This is an exciting aerobics event to promote lung health and healthy living! Participants will be led by certified professional trainers in four workout sessions of Zumba (Latin cardio), boot camp, body sculpt/kickboxing, and yoga!
Why: LeapOut DC will help the American Lung Association of DC raise significant funds to fight lung disease through our pediatric asthma education programs, clean air initiatives, and lung health-based research.
Volunteers may get service hours!
Must be at the YMCA on Dec 5. by 8am.
Volunteers will help with set-up/clean-up, registration, front desk, distribution of food/beverages, or help with sales at vendor tables.
