Our nonprofit is growing and we've added a Fair Trade Store as our social venture project. Help develop new procedures and templates, training materials, and recruit and supervise volunteers for data entry. Work with our 990 filing to compile an annual report and verify our audit trail to get us ready for an independent audit.

You will be working under the supervision of our bookkeepers and also the Executive Director.

Please note: this internship position is minumum 20 hrs per week, on-site at our office in Palo Alto during regular business hours. Please also be available for an evening meeting once a month to present our reports to the newly forming Rebuilding Alliance Finance Committee.

• Attention to detail, familiarity with GAAP, able to work as part of a team, keen interest in peacemaking and the financing of reconstruction a plus.
