Happiness can now be taught just like math -- only it's much easier to learn than math! Learn to teach happiness practices to seniors at senior activity centers, independent living communities, and other places where active seniors hang out.

We welcome all ages, especially seniors, to our happiness classes, where you will first go through the program yourself, then learn how to teach it to others.
