Join RotaCare's all-volunteer staff and help provide free health care to people in need.

The Prescription Program for Indigent Patients (PPIP) obtains free medication from pharmaceutical companies for our patients. The program is invaluable for RotaCare, but the application process is labor intensive. We need assistance completing the applications; tracking the applications and the shipments of medicine; contacting the drug manufacturers; and assuring the patients receive the correct medicine.

Without this program RotaCare could not provide free medication for our patients and the patients would not get their vital medications because they could not afford them. Additional volunteers assisting in this department would help us ensure that our patients get the medicine they need.

Since 1992, RotaCare has been providing free primary care to people who are uninsured and financially eligible. A rotating staff of about 100 volunteers includes doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, and non-medical support staff.

The health center is open every Monday, the first and third Thursday of the month and the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. Please leave the best phone number for us to reach you.
