Recruit , train and oversee volunteers, delegating jobs at center and special events

Attend volunteer recruiting and special events as point of contact

Manage all volunteer correspondence (volunteer schedules, forms, applications) by typing, copy duplication and distribute in a timely manner

Review volunteer package with new recruits, administering orientation

Maintain confidentiality of all volunteer information

Handle volunteer calls

Maintain volunteer database and produce mailing labels

Coordinate volunteer appreciations

Maintain task assignment/status reports to be submitted weekly

Manage administrative task (typing, filing, returning calls as it relates to special events and volunteering)

Oversee design and printing of all event related materials

Coordinate events from start to end creating reflective timeline

Manage RSVP, special event committees and other processes

Manage all event correspondence, mailings and documents

Care Net Pregnancy Resource Center of Atlanta is committed to helping women and men deal positively with an unexpected pregnancy by providing practical assistance, as well as emotional and spiritual support which includes sharing the gospel of jesus Christ.

Description

Care Net is a non-profit non denominational christian organization that helps anyone in a crisis pregnancy regardless of age, race, creed, nationality, country, marital status, circumstance of conception or condition of unborn baby. We offer one on one sensative and confidential counseling, we educate in areas of sexual integrity, adoption, abstinence,abortion and basic life skills. Our goal is to educate community in order to aid in the prevention of a crisis pregnancy.

We offer free services: Pregnancy testing, physician and clinic referrals, community service referrals, social services referrals, peer counseling for sexuality and relationship issues, literature and videos, housing referrals, baby supplies, post abortion counseling, prenatal and parenting classes, marriage and family.
