The Junior League of Montclair-Newark, Inc. (JLMN) is currently recruiting new members. Discover the Power of Volunteering!

The JLMN is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. JLMN members direct their volunteer efforts to children at risk in our communities. Through the hands-on volunteer activities the JLMN provides its members, as well as its collaborative efforts with other volunteer organizations and its tradition of community advocacy, the JLMN has created a supportive environment for training tomorrow's community leaders and enabling its members to forge lasting friendships.

The Junior League reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who have reached the age of 21 and who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to volunteerism. Description

The Junior League of Montclair-Newark is a nonprofit organization of trained volunteers. Through hands-on projects, partnerships and advocacy, our 500 members build a better community by promoting education, health and wellness, literacy and the arts for 5,000 children at risk each year.
