REACH is a year-round day program designed to give for adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to continue to learn, make new friends, and succeed in having meaningful experiences during the day.

Horticulture, Community Service, Current Events, Relationship Building, Culinary Skills, and Janitorial Training are all topics that volunteers will assist the members with. Volunteers and staff take our members out for trips into the community as well.

Volunteers may choose to help one day a week or more! The program runs from 10am-3pm M-F year-round.

Description

The Center for Enriched Living is a social enrichment and skill-development center dedicated to serving people with developmental disabilities or special needs. We strive to make The Center a place where our members can truly belong and where new opportunities, new challenges, and new friendships await them. All of our programs have a dual focus of engaging in fun activities while also learning and expressing social skills with peers. Most importantly, programs are designed with our members - they tell us what they want to learn and we create it! Activities may include: dance, drama, music, arts, fitness, cooking, nutrition, gardening, technology, community outings and much more.
