LinkHer provides female students and recent college graduates with tangible and real-life exposure to their desired careers or career fields that they are interested in. Through LinkHer, participants connect with male and female professionals (Links) and businesses that offer career focused experiential activities including career conversations, job shadowing and company tours.
LinkHer creates a sustainable pipeline of future female leaders entering the workforce by improving participant perception of accessible careers for women, building their professional network and providing insight into the education and/or experience needed for career growth and development.
LinkHer is offered at no cost and is made possible by volunteers, sponsors and donors who believe that the world needs more female leaders.
