Many seniors suffer with memory loss. Come volunteer at Lyngblomsten Care Center and spend time with our residents that are struggling, through social activities that help keep their minds active. Activities may include, but are not limited to: Visits to a special friend Reading to residents Storytelling Music Play games Crafts Days and times vary depending on the activity. If you are interested, please contact Lana Western at lwestern@lyngblomsten.org for more infromation and to find out when the next new volunteer orientation is.

Description
Lyngblomsten provides compassionate care to older adults through residential and community services. Volunteers of all ages are welcomed to explore over 100 unique and varied opportunities. While short-term options may be available periodically, we encourage longer-term commitments given the exceptional level of orientation, training and on-going education Lyngblomsten provides in support of its volunteers.
