We are looking for bright, energetic human beings who love supporting people. We need you to:

• research funding sources and identify appropriate grant opportunities
• for selected opportunities, develop an understanding of all grant requirements and developing a competitive proposal.
• regularly report status of all work to the Executive Director
• work independently with a minimum of supervision.

If you have a demonstrated track record, we are willing to consider paying a negotiated commission on successful proposals (i.e., funds received from grants awarded).

• We are looking for people who: · possess a love and affinity for homeless people and a strong desire to make a major impact on the collective perception of who they are, · have strong verbal and written communication skills, internet and email capability and familiarity with standard computer software programs like Word and Excel, · are experienced in identifying grant opportunities, understanding grant requirements and developing and submitting grant proposals in a timely and professional manner.
