Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Rescue (GGLRR), an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that places Labrador Retrievers into loving new homes, currently has a need for volunteer dog walkers in the Pacifica and Menlo Park areas. Volunteers are needed when we have more dogs than we have foster homes, requiring Labs up for adoption to be in one of the kennels that we work with on a regular basis. Volunteers are needed to visit these kennels and walk the dogs or provide other exercise including fetch, as well as giving these dogs lots of love, pets, and cuddling. Dog walkers are needed daytimes during the week and on weekends. An initial phone interview and follow-up meeting is required for anyone wishing to become a volunteer dog walker.
