My name is John Fisher, President/C.E.O. of Blissful Enterprise Outreaches,(B.E.O.) a 501(c)(3) public charity organized to aid the transition of ex-offenders in the first 180 days of their parole.

Most offenders while in prison just do their time and do not seek any kind of help for the problems that got them there in the first place. Most will be released right back into society, right back into the same communities where they committed their crimes with little to know help. This is why the recidivism rates for most states are +57% or more, which is costing the tax-payers millions of dollars per year for these ex-offenders not learning little to nothing during their time in prison.

BEO wants to help change this!!!

All of us are tired of hearing about repeat offenders doing future crimes, more victims and seem to never learn their lesson, and end up with life in prison at a cost that none of us can afford.

One of the values that we will be instilling in all the ex-offenders that will be going through our programs is "NO MORE VICTIMS!!!, we will work with them, encourage them to live their lives in a crime free, victim free, productive way so as to not to want to have future victims. This is going to take time, time that we will have little of with them, but the key is "instilling", planting the seeds, and giving them hope, love and understanding that they may have never had before. We can and will do all we can to help the ex-offenders going through our programs.

B.E.O. has a great plan called "Serenity Acres", here is where some of the help the ex-offender has needed for so long- will be offered to them.

We have and will be applying for other state and federal grant programs in the state of Illinois, plus applying for other grants as well for our many different programs, services and operating costs that we will soon have when BEO becomes a relaity.

ONE OF THE MAIN WAYS TO HELP THE DIFFERENT VICITMS IN THEIR RECOVERY IS TO FIRST HELP THE ONES THAT CAUSED THE VICTIMS IN THE FIRST PLACE---THE PREDATORS-THE EX-OFFENDRS. bY HELPING THEM TO A CRIME FREE, AND VICTIM FREE LIFE WILL BE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN A VICTIM'S RECOVERY.
