Montgomery County SPCA
The Mongtomery County SPCA in Montgomery County, MD is a no kill animal rescue which is solely run by volunteers.
Although we no longer run an animal shelter, we have a number of opportunities for volunteering with cats and dogs.
- Assist at cat or dog adoption events, which are held on Saturdays or Sundays at local pet stores.
- Process adoption applications, including background checks and home visits.
- Foster a cat or dog in your home.
- Transport cats to the vet for medical care.
- Returning phone calls or emails from the public.
- Planning and assisting with fundraisers.
