Coordinates Events for the nonprofit. ONE AT A TIME OR CAN CHOSE AN EVENT TO WORK ON. SEVERAL EVENTS SCHEDULED FOR Annual events. Works behind the scenes assuring that events happen with minimum organized chaos. Supervises the event planning and coordinates the activities. Secures what products, services, vendors and materials needed to produce the event, program or activity. Some Media work as well. Responsible for overall planning and production. Shares necessary information with other staff, team members, interns or volunteers. Of course, event coordinator will have assistants or interns. CAN WORK WITH ONE OR MORE THE EVENTS! FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULES. PLANNING NOW! HEALTH FAIRS/SCREENINGS IN LOS ANGELES AREA, NORTH HOLLYWOOD and Burbank. March through November . WEEKENDS, SATURDAYs SOME SUNDAYS. Most Health screenings on Saturdays 8am-5:30pm.
