Need a friendly, professional volunteer assistant to answer phone, greet visitors and complete various administrative tasks. Great atmosphere - great cause - great opportunity to get to know the community and meet community leaders. Increased responsibilities possible including event planning based on experience and qualifications. Can work four to forty hours per week (need to cover the office from 8a to 5p, but am open to recruiting more than one volunteer to do so). Great opportunity to serve, remain visible and network while in between jobs as well, or for retired person as duties are not physically demanding. Or, could be considered an (unpaid) internship for a young adult, exposing him/her to the nonprofit sector, fundraising and community service.
