Unity Health Care is a non-profit agency offering a continuum of medical care and human services primarily to homeless and medically underserved people in Washington, D.C. Unity Health Care is seeking volunteers for the Reach Out and Read Program at many of Unity Health Care Inc.'s sites. Volunteers participate in the following activities:

Reading to pediatric children

Distributing used books to children

Model reading skills to parents and children
