Arts for Humanity! is a Santa Barbara-based non-profit that provides arts programs for marginalized, under-served community members at no charge, through partnerships with local organizations and college interns.
Arts for Humanity! is looking for someone to photograph events and classes. This would include editing the photos so they may be used on our website and for collateral materials.
Photoshop or video editing is a plus.
Multiple visual projects available to build your portfolio.
It is helpful (but not necessary) if you have your own equipment or access to school equipment.
This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio!
We have several opportunities to help in the summer where we will be providing our "Spontaneous Theatre and Portraits for Youth" booth, where we provide a plethora of costumes and props for spontaneous theatre and imaginative play.
The upcoming dates and times for events are as follows
I Madonnari: May 26th
Buddy Walk: June 9th, 11am-3pm
Summer Solstive: 11am-4pm
Note: it is not necessary for you to be present for the duration of these events!
