Texas Humane Heroes is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to eliminating pet homelessness in Texas. We provide pet adoption programs and low-cost spay/neuter services to enhance the lives of pets and people. We are 100% funded by donations, grants and modest fees for services and receive no government funding.
We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic event planners who can assist with planning and execution of fundraising events for Texas Humane Heroes. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while learning about the nonprofit industry.

Texas Humane Heroes is a private, non-profit no-kill animal shelter serving central Texas. Our vision is a community where every pet has a life time home. Texas Humane Heroes focuses its programs around three important services areas:
- Low Cost Spay/Neuter services
- Pet Retention services
- High Volume Adoptions
