Help ensure our patients have the best customer service by manning our front desk, answering the phone, checking in patients and maintain our free coffee service. Since our patients come for treatments 3 days a week, this is a great opportunity to foster a sense of community by greeting our patients upon arrival and making sure their drivers are aware when they are ready to go home.
Specific duties include:
Answering incoming calls using good customer service techniques
Properly direct incoming calls
Announce arrival of patients
Contact transportation companies when a late pick up occurs
Maintain coffee service area in lobby
Volunteers are needed Monday through Saturday, anytime between 6 am and 1:30 pm. You can come one day a week for a couple of hours, or 2 or 3 days a week for the entire time or any combination.
