Sarah's House, an emergency and transitional housing program for homeless families in Anne Arundel County, has need for the following wish list items:
CLOTHING
Men, Women, Girls, Boys, Teens and Children Clothing (New/Gently Used)
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Pillows (new), Towels (new/gentle used), Twin and Full Sized Sheets and Blankets (new/gentle used)
FOOD ITEMS
Frozen Food (meats - chicken, fish, hamburger, turkey, beef), Flour, Bread, Bagels, Doughnuts, Cereal (Kix, Cheerios, Rice Chex, etc.), Butter/Margarine/Cheese/Eggs (URGENT NEED!), Coffee and Coffee Creamer, Salad Dressing (all varieties), Canned Fruits and Vegetables (all varieties), Sugar and Sugar Substitute, Powdered Drink Mixes (Iced Tea, Lemonade, etc.), Plastic Forks and Spoons, Paper plates, napkins and towels, Paper or plastic cups, 100% Fruit Juices, Snacks for Children (goldfish crackers, granola bars, etc.)
DRUGSTORE ITEMS
Over the counter pain medication (Ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc.), Children's and Infant's Tylenol/Advil/Cough Medicine, Feminine Hygiene Products, Chap-stick, Deodorants (for men, woman and young teens)
CHILDREN AND BABY SUPPLIES
Baby Bottles and Supplies, Disposable Diapers, (especially sizes 4, 5 and 6), Pull-ups, Baby Wipes, 100% Fruit Juices, Snacks for Children (goldfish crackers, granola bars, etc.)
These are items that are needed on an ongoing basis. Gift cards also allow us to purchase items as needed. Thank you for considering a donation to Sarah's House.

Description
On the edge of Fort George G. Meade Army Base, Sarah's House provides emergency shelter for as many as sixty-six people and transitional housing for twenty-two families. As a supportive housing program for homeless families, Sarah's House is much more than just a safe place to sleep. Our goal is to effect positive change in the families we serve by providing parenting classes and workshops, employment programs, licensed childcare, counseling, and transportation, all aimed at assisting our guests to achieve independence and strengthen their families.
