Every nonprofit organization needs an individual who is responsible for organizing and implementing strategies for development and Jane Franklin Dance is no exception. The Artistic Director has been instrumental in obtaining a wide variety of grants for various aspects of the company's work. However, new sources of funding will be needed to grow. The Board has begun a program of improving individual donations, but, again, more work is needed on this front beyond what the Board in its present configuration can accomplish.
