TITLE: Life Coach

Peek Performance Lifestyles Foundation is seeking to fill the part-time position of a Life Coach. In April 2006, the Peak Performance Lifestyles Foundation was created with the goal of creating a youth leadership venue allowing youth across the world to connect and embrace the qualities leadership. To give them the opportunity to contribute to the lives of those less fortunate than them, and to help others grow and embrace the leadership qualities they have attained themselves.

Responsibilities

Specific:

· Deliver informative lessons to students

· Develop Life Skills Curriculum

• Document the coach-to-student interactions in order to create a running record of engagement strategies. Ex: evaluations

· Assist in developing contribution events for students & parents

· Act as a mentor to all of your scholars

· Foster friendliness and helpfulness within communities

· Assist in the development, implementation, and possible facilitation of program elements and initiatives accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner.

· Track students' progress toward high school graduation, measure their "college readiness," and prepare reports to various stakeholders

• Create and foster relationships with various school district, college, business, and community representatives.
• Provide support to families of scholars through 1-on-1 engagement and group presentations at Parent Meetings.

· Accurately completes and submits status reports in a timely manner.

This is a part-time volunteer position and located in California. Must commit 16 hours a week
