Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis needs Volunteer Program Facilitators to help us achieve our mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Each adult volunteer will co-facilitate hands-on programming designed to help girls address the challenges they face today, like self-esteem and bullying.

We provide programs for girls age 6-18 that address challenges girls face today, such as bullying and low self-esteem, that limit their personal potential and restrict their ability to achieve future self-sufficiency. Our broad programming is designed to develop the whole girl - not to address one social problem. Programming clearly focuses on girls' needs, compensates for the gender discrimination that girls encounter in society, and enables them to overcome barriers to reach their full potential.

Each volunteer commits to one hour, once a week for six consecutive weeks during the academic school year. Our programs take place Monday - Friday between 7 AM and 6 PM based on the partner location.
